PILATES MAT CLASS
This class combines traditional Pilates floor exercises with specialized small props to further challenge clients. Various props that may be incorporated in the class include exercise balls, magic circles, foam rollers, resistance bands, yoga straps, and weights. The mat class focuses on establishing muscular balance, improving core strength, and increasing flexibility and joint range of motion.
YOGA CLASSES
Body-N-Balance offers various Yoga classes designed to assist clients in stretching and strengthening their bodies while relaxing their minds. By coordinating the breath with movement, clients improve concentration and focus. In addition, the dynamic poses improve balance, muscular strength, and flexibility.
