BODY-N-BALANCE offers specialized small group classes that emphasize proper form and body alignment. With a maximum of three clients per class, each client receives individual attention and guidance.

Due to small class size, clients are required to sign up in advance for group classes. Classes may be cancelled if less than two clients are registered twenty-four hours in advance of the class.

PILATES MAT CLASS

This class combines traditional Pilates floor exercises with specialized small props to further challenge clients. Various props that may be incorporated in the class include exercise balls, magic circles, foam rollers, resistance bands, yoga straps, and weights. The mat class focuses on establishing muscular balance, improving core strength, and increasing flexibility and joint range of motion.

YOGA CLASSES

Body-N-Balance offers various Yoga classes designed to assist clients in stretching and strengthening their bodies while relaxing their minds. By coordinating the breath with movement, clients improve concentration and focus. In addition, the dynamic poses improve balance, muscular strength, and flexibility. SVAROOPA® YOGA

Svaroppa® Yoga is an approachable, compassionate, supported yoga that release tension at the tailbone, sacrum and along the spine. As the muscles along the spine begin to relax, the effects are experienced throughout the entire body.
